Georgia Sheron Photography is located on Route 73 in Oakville, Connecticut, just over the Waterbury line. It is approximately 10 minutes from Routes 84 and 8. Here are the best directions:
From the South:
- Route 8 going north to Waterbury, pass through the 8-84 interchange, staying on Route 8 North. (sign says Torrington)
- Take Exit #35, a left exit, (sign says Route 72 - Watertown/Oakville).
- Follow Route 73 for about 2 miles
- Just past Vasi’s Restaurant, you will see ahead of you a tall red brick smokestack and a red brick factory that has buildings on both sides of the road.
- There are two red cross bridges up over the road. We are in the building on the right. We have a blue door with a round blue canopy about half way between the two overhead red bridges. There is no building number, but we have a very large sign on the side of the building “Pin Shop Gallery.”
From the East:
- Take 84 West to Waterbury.
- On the overpass over Waterbury, get into the right lane to take Exit #20 to Route 8 North (sign says Torrington).
- Once on Route 8, get into the left lane carefully and take the first Exit #35 (sign says Route 73 Watertown/Oakville).
- Stay on Route 73 approximately 2 miles and follow as directions in bold print above.
From the West:
- Take 84 East to Waterbury.
- Take Exit #20, a left hand exit, to Route 8 North. (Sign says Torrington).
- Stay in left lane on Route 8 North and take first Exit #35 (sign says Route 73 Watertown/Oakville)
- Follow Route 73 approximately 2 miles and follow the directions in bold print above.
